Being a mom I seem to always be in a hurry. Where did all of my time go before children, I thought I was busy than but I can’t quite remember what I was busy with. Add trying to keep your milk supply up and constantly eating healthy things on the list and you can feel overwhelmed. Something that I love to have lying around are healthy snacks that I can grab on the go or while I am trying to wrangle one of my wild ones. As a breastfeeding mama protein is really key to keep my supply up- I love that these have 10 g of protein per 7 oz drink with no added sugars. This drink is an excellent source of calcium and vitamin D as well as 9 essential amino acids that your body needs but can’t produce itself.
