When I was little and would have a cold or sore throat my dad would always make me a hot tea with lemon juice, honey, and some sugar to help soothe the symptoms. It is the best cold remedy ever for myself and I still use it all winter if I feel anything coming on. Now I have added something to this to give it that extra boost for my immune system.
